On October 17, 2011 Sarah Parnass from American University’s District Wire News did a story in response to the Brookings report that stated 1 in 10 DC youth, ages 16 to 24, are unemployed.  City Year Washington, DC Executive Director Jeff Franco and corps member serving on The Comcast Team at Browne Education Campus Janelle Rouse weigh in on the issue.
